Empty properties collect dust without generating mess. This is usually repeated on an interval rather than done once.
Each visit
- Dust all horizontal surfaces and sills
- Glass and mirrors
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Bathrooms flushed and wiped to prevent ring staining
- Check for pest activity or water intrusion
- Cobwebs at ceilings, corners and entry
