A short list that makes the first visit go noticeably better.
None of this is required. It just means more of the time is spent cleaning.
Before we arrive
- Clear countertops and floors of items that need putting away
- Decide which rooms matter most to you
- Note anything fragile or off-limits
- Secure pets, or let us know they'll be home
- Confirm how we'll access the property
- Tell us about surfaces needing specific care — stone, unsealed wood, specialty finishes
