New Construction Final Clean Checklist
The clean that happens immediately before buyer walkthrough.
This is a delivery milestone. It is the first thing the buyer sees.
Before walkthrough
- All protective film and manufacturer labels removed
- Every window cleaned inside and out where reachable, tracks vacuumed
- All cabinet and closet interiors
- Appliance interiors and exteriors, manuals left in place
- Fixtures polished, no installer fingerprints
- Grout haze cleared from tile
- Floors protected until handover
- Garage swept
