Kitchen Deep Clean Checklist
Every surface in a kitchen, in the order that avoids re-cleaning.
Work top-down and leave floors last, or you will do them twice.
Kitchen
- Countertops cleared and wiped, including behind small appliances
- Sink and faucet scrubbed, including the base and drain edge
- Cabinet fronts wiped, handles degreased
- Cabinet and drawer interiors vacuumed and wiped
- Range, cooktop and control knobs degreased
- Oven interior, racks and door glass
- Range hood, filter and the wall behind the range
- Refrigerator interior, shelves, drawers and door seals
- Refrigerator exterior including the top and sides
- Dishwasher interior, filter and door edge
- Microwave inside and out
- Backsplash and grout lines
- Floors swept, mopped and edges detailed
