Returning a leased commercial space in inspectable condition.
Lease-end obligations are usually specific. Check yours before scoping the work.
Whole space
- All furniture, equipment and signage removed
- Walls spot-cleaned, adhesive and mounting residue removed
- Interior glass and partitions
- Kitchen and break areas including appliance interiors
- Restrooms fully detailed
- Floors: vacuum, mop, or detail per floor type
- Vents, fixtures and switch plates
- Storage and utility areas cleared
